With the Head Start package, you get the opportunity to sample all that Shaolin Arts has to offer with no obligation to continue. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your goals and introduce you to Shaolin Arts philosophy and methodology.
Head Start includes a one-on-one session with Master Workman where you’ll get the following:
- A workout plan to help you achieve your specific goals,
- A few simple exercises that will help you toward your goals,
- Some simple kung fu techniques.
Finally, you’ll participate in one of our Beginning Kung Fu classes.
We’ve trained hundreds of people of all fitness levels.
